Because the "desire and burden for the foreign field still weighed heavy on my heart," Ron and Terry Brian quit their jobs, sold their home, and moved to Gateway College of Evangelism to better equip themselves for the call of God. In October 1994 the Brians went to Trinidad in the Caribbean as Associates In Missions. In Trinidad, Brother Brian organized, supervised, and taught Bible school courses, taught home Bible studies, and established a new preaching point. In October 1995, the Ron Brians received their appointment as UPCI missionaries to Trinidad and Tobago. The arrived back on the field in March 1998.

 

In May 2000, the Foreign Missions Board expanded the Brian's appointment from Trinidad to include the ABC Islands.  This field expansion opened the door for the Ron Brian family to accept the challenge of working with the Christian Bible College of Curacao.  In August, the Brian family relocated to Curacao; and they are  presently overseeing the Christian Bible College of Curacao.
